The Making of Keystone VFX

This effect required the creation of accurate, to scale, 3D elements (the building face and structure) which were then synchronised with the camera’s movements, and lit with real world environment lighting. Once that work had been done, I had to create a projector light in 3D which emitted the video of each worker onto the surface.

Finally, volumetrics had to be emulated so that the projector “beam” would be visible.
